What might I have to upgrade on my system to be able to run DigiJ?
You may need to update your Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC):
-If you have a Windows 95 or 98 machine, you most likely need to update your components.
These are the core Data Access files that contain components such as an OLE DB provider and
ODBC drivers, that run your database.
If you have trouble running DigiJ or its instillation program,
download the “Data Access” components from the DigiJ website.
Run “DCOM98.exe”
and then "MDAC_2.6_sp2.exe" and then "MDAC_2.80.exe”.
A computer restart will be necessary.
-If you have a Windows NT, ME, XP or 2000 machine, your MDAC files are most
likely already installed and up to date.
If they are not, you will only need to run “MDAC_2.80.exe”.
DO NOT run DCOM98.exe.
-For all operating systems: “Data Access” source files may be deleted after the MDAC installation.
